Hello from Guadalajara, Mexico, everyone! We’ve just moved into a new house, and I can’t wait to give you a little tour of our cozy abode. It’s been an incredible journey, and in case you missed it, we actually manifested this house in just 24 hours. So, let’s dive in and explore our new pink haven!

A Quick Introduction

Our new home is a charming pink house located in Guadalajara, Mexico. The property is quite unique; it consists of two houses, with the front one being closest to the street. While the pink color might be a standout feature, there’s much more to discover within these walls.

Manifestation Magic

Before we take a closer look, let me share a fascinating tidbit. This house wasn’t just a random find – we manifested it. Yes, you read that right. In the midst of a competitive market, we manifested this incredible house within 24 hours. The details of this remarkable story are available on our podcast and live stream, so be sure to check those out for the full scoop.

The Pink House Tour

As we step inside, the first thing you’ll notice is the kitchen, right as you enter. The house spans three floors, and we’ll explore each level to give you a comprehensive view of our new living space.

First Floor Impressions

Moving beyond the kitchen, a hallway leads to various areas of the house. There’s a bathroom and a room that’s designated as our gym and yoga studio. Although we’re still setting it up, it’s exciting to envision the potential of this space. The living room, on the other hand, is a blank canvas at the moment, awaiting our personal touch. We’re even considering a projector instead of a traditional TV for a unique viewing experience.

Embracing the Mexican Charm

One of the striking features of the house is its distinctive Spanish style, complete with window railings that add to its old-world charm. The house comprises five bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering ample space for our needs. Surprisingly, this expansive property comes at a monthly cost of just under $1,000 USD, providing insight into the cost of living in Mexico.

Second Floor Elegance

Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find a master bedroom and two offices. A charming balcony awaits, adorned with plants and flowers. One of the rooms will serve as my office, while the other will be Justin’s workspace. Both rooms come equipped with cedar closets, offering a touch of luxury and functionality.

Mastering the Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features cedar closets as well, enhancing the storage options and the overall aesthetics. It’s worth mentioning that the bathrooms in this house possess an older charm, which aligns with the overall character of the property.

Rooftop Retreat

Finally, we reach the third floor, which serves as a rooftop space with a variety of uses. There’s a laundry area with a washer and a unique washing method, which is quite common in Mexico. This rooftop retreat offers a wonderful vantage point to take in the breathtaking views of Guadalajara, including a nearby mountain and the iconic Rio Hotel.

Living the Mexican Way

One interesting aspect of many Mexican homes is the ingenious way of creating natural ventilation through air pockets. These air pocket breezeways ensure that the house stays cool without the need for air conditioning, adding to the eco-friendly and sustainable elements of our new home.

A Glance into the Future

While our house is still in the process of being fully set up and decorated, we’re excited to share our journey with you. As we continue to make this space our own, we’ll be documenting the progress, the challenges, and the joy of turning this house into a vibrant home.
